We are pleased to offer these beautiful butterfly cards whose images were created for the book Histoirre Naturelle des Lepidopteres Exotiques published in 1835 by Hippolyte Pierre Lucas. Amazingly Lucas completed this work at the age of 21 and it included descriptions of nearly 200 butterflies with many being from Australia. The 5 x 7 card is blank inside and comes with an accompanying envelope - shipping is free.
